OSRAM, Philips and GE have announced that they will use Zig Bee Light Link (ZLL) to develop LED lighting products that enable light source control. After receiving support from three major LED lighting brands, the ZigBee Light Link standard is expected to become the mainstream specification for lighting control applications.
The industry said Zig Bee Light Link is a new industry standard that allows consumers to wirelessly control home LEDs, light bulbs, timers, remote controls and switches, and manage up to 255 lighting units in a single control panel. It has the advantages of dimming, energy saving and convenient use, and is expected to become the mainstream standard for LED lighting control.
Atmel has become the first company to achieve ZigBee Light Link certification, and its Zig Bee Light Link reference design has been qualified for the Golden Unit. ZigBee is the product designed according to this standard. Certified test benchmark.
