Features of OLED
The self-luminous characteristics of OLED display devices may become an unfavorable factor in some cases. Because OLED does not control reflected light like LCD, it will become more blurred under direct sunlight. The full-color OLED technology currently being applied can bring its peak brightness to about 150 cd / m2. When OLED is used under direct sunlight without occlusion, the dazzling sunlight makes even the brightest display unrecognizable.
The response time of LCD is related to temperature. When the temperature drops below 0 ℃, its response speed will become quite slow. The response time of OLED is hardly affected by temperature. When the temperature reaches -20 ℃, it can still have a response time of less than 10ns. OLED will not lose display ability at high temperature like LCD. Once the LCD reaches a certain temperature, the liquidity of the LC no longer maintains a highly ordered structure, and the ability to block light is lost.
