
Apple today released an official press release confirming that the iPad 2 will be officially listed in 25 countries this Friday including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Japan, originally on the list of countries listed in this list, was delayed in time due to earthquake and tsunami disasters.
Like the United States starting, Apple’s official online store in these countries will start selling online at 1am on Friday and store it at 5pm.
At the same time, Apple also explicitly announced that the iPad 2 will be listed in Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore and other places in April, and will continue to expand sales in the future.
