The owner of the project is the Hechi Highway Administration of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The tenderer is the Hechi Highway Administration of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The construction funds are from the state funding. The project has already met the conditions for bidding. The project is now undergoing open bidding.
The bidding will adopt the post-qualification method, that is, the qualifications of the bidders will be reviewed during the bid evaluation stage. The evaluation method is a reasonable low-cost method.
2. Project overview and scope of tender
Line S303 (formerly S309 to Jinchengjiang Highway) K179+000~K199+000 The starting point for the overhaul of asphalt pavement is at Yinghao Village, Minglun Town, Huanjiang County, Hechi City. The road runs from east to west and ends at Luoyang Town in Huanjiang County. Huashan Village, K179+000~K199+000 road section, 7m wide subgrade, 6m wide road. The route paved length totals: 20 kilometers. Design speed 30km/h.
The old road pavement structure is: 30~35cm graded gravel base + 1cm sealing oil layer + 3cm asphalt surface. Due to the impact of long-term overloaded roller compaction on heavy trucks, asphalt pavements are seriously damaged. In some sections of the road, road shoulders collapsed, road shoulder retaining walls were damaged, drainage side ditch was blocked, subgrade settlement was uneven, culverts were damaged, and asphalt pavements were seriously damaged. Many vertical and horizontal cracks, cracks, and cracks appeared on many road surfaces. Rut, waves and other serious diseases. Among them, there were 47 roadside collapses, 45 subgrade settlements, 2 culvert damages, and 29 roadbed collapses.
Pavement structure design form of this project: 18cm/24cm/30cm grade gravel base + 1.5cm hot asphalt synchrolite grout seal (two oils and two materials) + 5cm asphalt concrete surface layer.
3.1 The bidders are required to register with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and have qualification for Class II and Class B qualification of highway maintenance engineering construction; all bidders shall have safety production licenses for construction enterprises issued by the construction administrative department at or above the provincial level. Permit and have corresponding construction capabilities in personnel, equipment, funds, etc.
