The circuit consists of a phase shift circuit with a sinusoidal signal that can be adjusted from 0° to 360°, a 50% duty cycle conversion circuit, a phase-locked frequency multiplier circuit, and a switched capacitor filter circuit. It has a monolithic integrated filter to obtain a stable standard sinusoidal fundamental wave, which can automatically adapt to changes in different speeds without adjustment. By processing the speed pulse signal by phase shifting, 50% duty cycle conversion and filtering, a sine wave compensation signal whose phase and amplitude can be adjusted arbitrarily is obtained.
