As shown in the figure, the isolated output type thermocouple temperature measuring circuit with cold junction compensation. The AD294 can be used as a temperature measurement for thermocouple isolated outputs and can provide cold junction compensation. The LM334 in the circuit must be connected to the cold junction of the thermocouple so that the temperature at that end can be accurately measured. A 500Ω potentiometer is used to adjust the gain accuracy, and a 100Ω potentiometer is used for offset adjustment. Using this configuration method, the AD293 is used to provide additional isolation characteristics, and accurate temperature measurements can be made using the industry-famous J-type thermocouple.
