Changzhou Tongbao Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. recently issued a prospectus (hereinafter referred to as “Tongbao Optoelectronicsâ€). As the company’s issuance of less than 18.8 million shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the total number of shares has not reached 5.18 million shares. According to the data, Tongbao Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the design, development, production and sales of automotive LED modules and LED lamps . The LED module products for vehicles cover combined lamp modules, turn signal modules, and daytime running lights. Group, position light module, brake light module, door light module, interior ceiling light module and other full range of products, LED lights products include daytime running lights, turn signals, brake lights and other products. It was listed on the New Third Board in July 2015.
The company's main customers are SAIC-GM-Wuling, Lifan Motors, Lifan Passenger Vehicles and other vehicle manufacturers and Xingyu shares, Nanning Yuwang, Da Maowei Rui Ke and other well-known car manufacturers. During the reporting period, the company's operating income for the top five customers was 46.729 million yuan, 19,1982,600 yuan, 2014.04 million yuan and 77.406 million yuan, accounting for 84.19%, 92.64%, 93.50% and 95.31% of the operating income for the same period.
In the first half of 2017, Tongbao Optoelectronics' operating income was 168 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 48.64%, and net profit was 42.58 million yuan, an increase of 40.42% over the same period of the previous year. In 2014-2016, the company achieved operating income of 56 million yuan and 129 million yuan. 2.16 billion yuan, the net profit for the same period was 5,756,400 yuan, 24,906,300 yuan and 50,653,100 yuan.
In addition, as of now, Tongbao Optoelectronics owns a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tongbao Lighting , with a net profit of -86.28 million yuan in 2016 and a net profit of -22.28 million in January-March 2017.
According to the prospectus, Tongbao Optoelectronics plans to raise about 326 million yuan of IPO, of which 154 million yuan is for automotive LED lighting module projects and 172 million yuan for automotive LED headlight assembly manufacturing projects. The reporter noted that Tongbao Optoelectronics' annual capacity utilization rate in 2014-2016 was about 80%, and the capacity utilization rate in January-March 2017 was 109.69%. Tongbao Optoelectronics said that the two fund-raising investment projects will be carried out around the company's main business. By deploying advanced production equipment, the company's product capacity will be increased, product sales revenue will be expanded, and overall competitiveness and profitability will be improved.
