Xu Guanju: We have to deliver the goods to our customers, but the freight service is always inadequate. So I began to investigate and found that on the one hand we had to find a car to deliver; it was very difficult; on the other hand, the corners of the city fell and empty trucks were parked everywhere. I thought of a logistics platform where truck drivers and cargo demand can be docked here. The information is real and transparent. At the same time, it can also provide drivers with life and support services. This is our original road port platform model. Reporter: What is the difference between Chuan Logistics and other logistics companies? Xu Guanju: From the beginning of the birth, the logistics logistics platform model is the goal. The goal is to create the “China Intelligent Highway Logistics Network Operation System”, just like the airport network operation system and the railway network operation system. We don't own a truck, we don't own a truck driver, and we don't have a logistics company. However, truck drivers and logistics companies are an integral part of our platform. At present, we have invested more than 10 billion yuan offline, and by the end of last year we have deployed 92 highway ports in more than 20 provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) across the country, of which 26 have been put into operation and form a nationwide network. In addition to provision of warehouse allocation services, allocation and dispatching, it also provides drivers with life support services such as fueling, rest, accommodation, and entertainment. The online logistics platform has a total of more than 2.3 million driver members, 30 million pieces of cargo information, more than 100,000 service logistics companies, and more than a million industrial and commercial enterprises. Online, we have launched several Internet products, one is the barter, equivalent to Uber, Didi's shipping version. This is the first platform in the industry to obtain a legal identity for a truck network to solve the problem of urban logistics “on the road”. By the end of last year, the business had already landed in 20 hub-level cities nationwide. At present, there are more than 30,000 network truck drivers. At the same time, the service ecosystem around trucks has also continued to thrive, covering businesses such as car purchases, auto parts auto repair, high-speed traffic, fueling, and insurance. In addition to supporting land whale and barter, we have also launched a core intelligent system that can realize interoperability between Hong Kong and Hong Kong, online and offline communication. These elements are integrated together to form a "transmission network." Through the transmission network, customers can achieve a single end, and we can achieve full data monitoring, control where the goods come from, the flow of the number, direction, time and so on. Reporter: From the transformation of the traditional chemical industry to the current flagship of the smart logistics platform, what have you achieved in the past few years? Xu Guanju: We took logistics as a breakthrough and found a transformation and upgrading road. From 2013 to 2016, the compound annual growth rate of the group's profit is about 30%. It can be said that the transformation and upgrading have achieved initial results. Last year was the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Transchem Group, and we have also identified a strategy for the next 30 years: to lead the production service industry, build a supply chain system platform, and become an innovation-driven, technology-driven data. the company. Xu Guanju: According to our statistics, through the transmission of a smart logistics system, the average delivery time has been reduced from 72 hours to 6 to 9 hours, and the cost of production companies has been reduced by 10% to 20% directly or indirectly. For example: Hangzhou Grease Chemical Co., Ltd. is a well-known manufacturing enterprise in Hangzhou. In the past, their logistics business was undertaken by six logistics companies. Hangzhou Chuanhua Highway Port provides them with customized supply chain solutions, which save about 10% in logistics cost. After they place orders on our smart logistics platform, they will respond within 5 minutes. Zunyi, Guizhou Province produces about 400,000 tons of dry pepper annually. Before it was shipped to Guiyang, the cost per ton of logistics was about RMB 300. Later, through the transmission of the highway port network, the logistics cost per ton could be reduced by RMB 50 to RMB 100. If it is dispatched to the Hangzhou and other places through the dispatch of the Wisdom Logistics System, it is conservatively estimated that it can save 3 cents per kilogram of freight. 400,000 tons of pepper can save a total of 20 million to 40 million yuan in freight annually. Xu Guanju: Our "land whales" match truck drivers across the country with appropriate sources, so long-distance truck drivers do not have to worry about being vented and their income increases naturally. “Barter” can reduce the cost of logistics by 15% for the average driver, and the income can be increased by 50%. According to statistics, the average monthly income of our truck drivers is up to 7,000 yuan, up to 23,000 yuan. It is best for young people to start their own business. What is the difference between the transformation of agriculture into agriculture and the transfer of agriculture to them?
