First, enter the product setting enter key and a current product model display on the main boundary. The product enter key does not need to input the password, but uses the long press 3S to enter the product setting interface. The product displays instructions but how many models are there, how many indicators are made, because there are other characters in the model, so you can't display them with a few characters, so how many products, how many lights, each light Corresponding to a plc relay, the safety indicator is used in the indicator attribute, and the corresponding relay action is displayed.
Long press the product type setting button to enter the setting interface. The interface has a product model data table, which shows all the product models. Each model is composed of a jog key and an indicator light. For a product, the previous product is automatically closed and switched to the currently selected product and indicated.
Write in the PLC program: Each product corresponds to one data. For example, product A corresponds to a relay R1 in the PLC. When R1 is triggered, K1 is transmitted to D10. At this time, D10 is represented as product A. When D10=1, all data of product A is transferred to the executed position control command processing.
Meanwhile, when D10=1, the data setting switch on the touch screen is assigned to the corresponding product data setting interface. Touch the corresponding product, each product to make a setting page, and one-to-one correspondence, such as the product A's setting interface in the 18 window. When the product data setting is pressed, the relay A1 in the PLC is triggered. When A1 is turned on, PLC--MOV K18 D0, this program automatically flips the page to the 18 window in the touch screen. At this time, the data of this product can be arbitrarily changed.
When the model number of this product is filled out for the first time, the PLC will automatically memorize this parameter. In the future, it is only necessary to point out the product model when processing this product.
