China Telecom: 5G commercial trial started in June 2018
China Telecom stated that by 2018, it will conduct 5G basic network verification in six cities. By the end of 2018, it will jointly innovate and discuss new services with the vertical industry and strive to achieve commercial use of 5G key cities by 2020.
That is, China Telecom will conduct commercial trials on a large scale from June 2018 to December 2019, and it will enter large-scale commercial applications after 2020.
At present, China Telecom's 5G Innovation Demonstration Network pilot start-up cities include six cities in Lanzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Xiong'an, Suzhou, and Shanghai, with 6-8 stations in each city. Currently, the wireless networking capabilities and solutions are mainly verified in the 3.5GHz band.

China Mobile: Commercial trials in 2019

China Unicom: The fastest commercial trial in 2019
