A total of 8 kinds of lamps produced by 8 enterprises were sampled, and 6 kinds of qualified products were obtained. The sampling pass rate of the products was 75%.
This supervision and spot check is mainly for the protection of electric shock protection, heat resistance, fire resistance, electric tracking resistance, internal and external wiring, etc. The spot check results show that the main unqualified items of the lighting products are that the cross-sectional area of ​​the internal wiring is too small to meet the standard requirements, which is easy to cause the wire to heat up. Second, the material of the fixed current-carrying parts cannot be fire-resistant. The main reason is that the manufacturer reduces the cost. Use of wires with a small wire diameter and materials with poor heat resistance and flame retardancy. The two unqualified products are: portable lighting (5W-B15S) produced by Xiamen Hailai Lighting Co., Ltd. and fixed lighting (11W-LB2020) produced by Fuzhou Huiri Lighting Electric Co., Ltd.
