Application:
1 Human consumption, used in coffee shop, bar, hotel, fast food shop and so on.(crystal ice tubes).Aquatic industry, for freezing and preserving fish, seafood and so on(white color ice tubes)
2 Tube ice can be white color or crystal, compared with flake ice , tube ice has longer melting time
 

Features:
1.Ice daily capacity range: average level 1000kg, from 980kg to 1100kg depends on the local temperature;
2.Evaporator materials: stainless steel 304, corrosion-resistant, making the ice clean, health,  tasteless, sanitary;
3.External diameter: 22mm (European Market recommended) 35mm(Southeast Asia Market recommended) 29mm(General);
4. Inner hole diameter: 5mm to 10mm, adjusted to ice-making time, for a good air permeability and long storage life.
 
Use hot Freon gas to make ice fall off fast with the whole process takes only 150-180 seconds
1 After the ice is off, the water of low temperature is used for ice-making, saving energy consumption and increasing the volume of production of ice
2 With the unique water distributive pan and air mouth, the water can evenly flow on the tube wall of the evaporator spirally, so it improves the efficiency of heat transfer
3 The use of air pressure control excludes the risk of rupture of the evaporator tube and the tube ice diameter can be adjusted according to customers'needs
4 Half-full liquid: liquid level controller which manages liquid supply of refrigerant makes the system more stable.
