In order to facilitate everyone's understanding, this section mainly uses the soft package PACK as an example to share with everyone.

This is the relatively hot Jaguar I-pace battery system in the near future. The battery system uses LG NCM soft-package batteries, with a single capacity of 58Ah, a total of 432pcs batteries, combined into 36 modules, 12 batteries per module. . The battery system weighs 613 kg and has an energy density of 146.8 wh/kg.

I-pace module, from this picture, we can see at a glance that the modular group design cancels the module bracket, 12 batteries are stacked together, and the sampling design uses 3D FPC.

It can be seen that this design has the same effect as the I-pace module. It is said that the module design can increase the energy density by 25%, 20% bulk density, and meet the 80mm high battery PACK requirement.
